Get your body in shape and clear your mind while enjoying the expansive views from the junior Olympic-sized pool at the Clubhouse.

Water exercise benefits your whole body because of water’s constant motion, creating resistance that helps increase muscle strength and build endurance. The pushing and pulling motions of water also help with flexibility by increasing the range of motion in your joints and alleviating pressure. Hydrotherapy has long been a leading therapy for people suffering from arthritis, an injury or rehabilitation after surgery.

Not only does water exercise benefit the body, but it also helps your mind feel relaxed and increases a positive mood. Being in water can be just as relaxing as watching water in motion on a beach vacation, helping to alleviate stress and anxiety.

Water aerobics really is for anyone, whether you are just starting a workout routine or are already in shape and exercising regularly. You’ll burn a lot of calories (400-500 in one hour) while experiencing a great cardio and strength workout that is fun! This is a great way to socialize, get fit, and start your day off in a positive way.
