Below the snow and above the fog, the championship golf course is one of seven in the world co-designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Jr. With a rating and slope of 75.1/145 from the back tees, the course provides a great challenge for even the most skilled golfer. There are a total of 7 different tee box options so everyone can enjoy the course and it never gets old!

AS A HOMEOWNER

Winchester Community Association

Your monthly association fee includes access to the SWIM AND TENNIS CENTER, which also features the pickle ball and bocce ball courts as well as a venue for community events and your own private parties. The association also maintains Winchester’s trails (like the popular, nearly five-mile Perimeter Trail) and provides a 24-hour security patrol.

Golf Membership

Golf Members enjoy unlimited golf with 28-Day advance tee time reservations plus all the benefits of a Social/Fitness Member.

Social/Fitness Membership

Social/Fitness Members enjoy unlimited use of the golf practice facility, six (6) rounds of golf per year, free scheduled exercise classes throughout the week, and use of the gym facilities open from 5AM to 9PM daily.
